- 4 Angélys pears
- 150ml soda water
- 70gm fine brown sugar
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Wash and cut the pears into segments and put through a juicer. With the juice add the brown sugar and mix until the sugar has dissolved. Then add the lemon juice and the soda water and mix thoroughly.
Pour into your ice block molds, set overnight and enjoy.
